Quick Start Sessions
These sessions will set you up with the two biggest foundation pieces you must have in place to heal quickly and easily after childbirth and pregnancy.
It's a crash course in finding the postural adjustments necessary for your healing to progress and optimizing your breathing to support your healing. Without these two pieces in place your healing will be compromised.
You will exit these sessions with practical actions that you can immediately apply to your life no matter how recently post partum you are. They will help you heal in the smoothest way possible.
The Post Natal Recovery Quick Start Sessions include:
2 personalized movement sessions (40 min each)
2 'Why Should I Care About This?' PDFs, one following each movement session, containing
Connect your Core Breathing Practice - audio and pdf file
Postural Play Practice - audio and pdf file
1 Follow Up Phone Call (40 min)
Are you interested?
Here is how it works.
Step 1: Make your payment HERE.
Step 2: Once you have made your payment. Schedule your first and second session here. Schedule them at least one week apart.
Step 3: Once you’re booked and paid, I'll email you instructions on how to connect for our video call and how you should prep for our first session.
Step 4: You'll video chat me at the time you scheduled and we will start our first session.
Step 5: I'll email you the PDF, audio resources and the Why should I Care About This PDF that go with the first session and confirm the date and time of our second session.
Step 6: You will work with the concepts we learned in the first session. See if you can get comfortable with and aware of what your habits are and play with shifting them. This is key. You will not get the benefits unless you do the work!
Step 7: You will video chat me at the time you scheduled and we will start a second session.
Step 8: I'll email you the PDF and audio resources that go with the second session and invite you to schedule a follow up call at least 1 week and up to 3 weeks later.
Step 9: You will work with the concepts we learned in the first session. See if you can get comfortable with and aware of what your habits are and play with shifting them. This is key. You will not get the benefits unless you do the work!
Step 10: You will call me at the scheduled time for our follow up call on the agreed upon platform. (you can choose, Facetime, Whatsapp, or FB messenger)
