Custom workout plan
For students who have completed the Mothership course.
Get my help to create a plan for yourself that is specific to your needs based on your learning during the course.
You must provide me with some detail about what you learned about your body, tight spots etc.
We will have a 1/2 hr phone call to clarify what you need
Within a week, I will provide you with a pdf that contains:
- a few short workouts
-where you should feel the work of each exercise
-links to a video of each exercise and the order to do them in
-suggestions for how to make each exercise harder when you are ready
